Here we are trying to get you to know our experience about Express Entry PR, PNP PR, LMIA, which are currently possible for Canada Migration
Canada is a prestigious country; which is the part of North America, covering 9.98 million square kilometers, making it the world's second largest country. The country is officially bilingual at the federal level and It ranks among the highest in international measurements of government transparency, civil liberties, quality of life, economic freedom, and education. It is one of the world's most ethnically diverse and multicultural nations, the product of large-scale immigration from many other countries. Canada's long and complex relationship with the United States has had a significant impact on its economy and culture. Its advanced economy is the eighth-largest in the world, relying chiefly upon its abundant natural resources and well-developed international trade networks. According to the present scenario, the country is looking forward to expand its manpower as well as economy in a very powerful manner therefore, they welcomes numerous immigrants through express entry or PNP programs and students via vivid study programs to be the part of the country.
Skilled professionals in other countries are being offered the opportunity to emigrate voluntarily because Canada's population is not sufficient for socio-economic development. The first period of PR, you receive is 5 years and you have the opportunity to renew or switch to citizenship.
PR recipients have the opportunity to get employment even in various government sectors based on their Qualifications and Experience. Those who want to work and live peacefully as a family will benefit greatly from Canada PR.
PR in Canada is not a work permit as in the Gulf Countries. A work permit is issued by a country only for the purpose of working for an organization/company for a specified period of time. But PR means that in Canada you have the right to work and live as a family with government benefits (not just the right to vote). In short, you need to understand "work permit is job oriented life but PR is life-oriented".
During Covid-19, millions of Indians returned from many foreign countries, but the Canadian PR holders didn't return home as they were paid 200 Dollars for a few months, and the PR holders who were in India went back to Canada.
The following are the PR benefits that are typically available to a Canadian PR holder.
1. Free quality education for children.
Education up to class 12 is free in public schools. Grant/education loan is available for college education as a part of provincial or federal govt. education fund. In addition, banks offer student lines of credit at very low-interest rates. Post-secondary, Secondary to secondary scholarship opportunities for grandchildren are also available at universities and colleges.
Canada spends over 5.4% of Canada's GDP on education. According to a 2018 report by the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), Canada is the most educated country in the world.
2.Health Care
Making world-class free medical services available to citizens and foreigners living in Canada on permanent residency is one of the attractions for those migrating to Canada. You can see a normal doctor or a specialist for a free medical examination. But, dental, eye and prescription drugs are not included. In Ontario province, prescription drugs are free for those under 25 years of age. In addition, medical insurance coverage for private-sector workers is guaranteed by the private health insurance company.
3.Maternity Benefits.
Maternity benefits are one of the biggest benefits for migrates who have secured permanent employment PR. Leave pay up to 55% of the salary is available for those who get paid leave for about 1 year after birth and leave pay is available up to 33% of the salary for those who get one and a year leave. These legal benefits are a special blessing to the migration family who has obtained PR and is moving to Canada.
4. Child Benefits
The Government of Canada has determined the Benefits for children of PR migrants based on their annual income.
If the family's annual income is less than $31,120, it's $553.25. Up to 6 - 17 years of age benefits will be $ 466.83 per month. Benefits decreases as the annual income exceed $31,120.
Check the link below for details: child benefits
5.Other Benefits
The government of Canada has a number of annual programs for the welfare and upliftment of citizens and PR achievers, some of which are as follows Housing benefits, disability benefits, Gasoline tax refund benefits, employment insurance, Canada pension plan, etc... These include employment insurance, up to 55% of the weekly salary (max $ 562 weekly ). Up to 45 weeks can be covered by employment insurance for work that is not done by a PR Migrant's permanent job for reasons other than his own.

An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma,(or any other credential) is valid and equal to a Canadian one. There are different types of ECAs. You need to get an ECA report for immigration purposes.
You must get your assessment from an organization or a professional body designated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. They will give you a report that tells you what your education is equal to in Canada. Processing times and costs may vary by organization or professional body.
Your ECA report will be valid for immigration purposes for five (5) years from the time it is issued.
WES (World Education Services)
World Education Services (WES) is designated by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to provide Educational Credential Assessments (ECAs). An ECA is used to evaluate degrees and diplomas earned outside of Canada.
With a WES ECA you can:
· Meet IRCC immigration program requirements
· Meet Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) requirements
· Qualify for IRCC’s Agri-Food Immigration Pilot
· Gain recognition for your education so you can pursue your goals in Canada
· Store your report (and verified educational documents) for future use
A WES ECA is valid for five years from the date of issue.
WES: 3-step process
1. Submit your application and receive your WES reference number.
2. Read the document requirements and send the documents. Remember to include your WES reference number.
3. WES will verify your credentials, create your report, and deliver it to your recipients.
ICES(International Credential Evaluation Service)
ICES compares education earned outside of Canada to the general education ladder in Canada; the reports offer a general comparability of the years and levels of study.

IELTS
The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) general exam is the recognized exam for migration in Canada. The national standard used in Canada for measuring the English language ability of prospective immigrants to live and work in Canada is the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB). The government of Canada uses CLB to identify your mastery of the English language.
Why is CLB 9 important?
Canadian Language Benchmark system has 0 to 12 stages and each stage carries a certain level of IELTS band score. So your selection or de-selection will depend upon the CLB score you would achieve. In immigration, three stages play a vital role in your selection criteria such as
1.CLB-7
This is the minimum level that the candidates have to get to qualify for Canadian FSWP or PNP programs and to make their profile in the Express Entry System. L-6, R-6, S-6, and W-6 are considered CLB 7 for IELTS (G).
2.CLB-8
This is the minimum level that the candidates have to get to qualify for Canadian FSWP or PNP programs and to make their profile in the Express Entry System. L-7.5, R-6.5, S-6.5, and W-6.5 are considered CLB 8 for IELTS (G).
3.CLB-9
This level has its own significance in Canadian Immigration. The level considered the IELTS (G) score of L-8, R-7, S-7, and W-7. Many candidates not only increase their CRS score but also achieve the Canadian permanent Residency dream once they reach the level.

A work permit is issued by a country only for the purpose of working for an " x " company for a specified period of time. But PR ( permanent residency ) Is an option to get have the right to work and live as a family with government benefits ( not just the right to vote ) in short you need to understand " Work permit is job oriented but pr is life oriented " Please note that the service we provide to you is not job recruitment to Canada and that we are a Government of Canada Iccrc accredited body that provides legal and documentation facilitation for obtaining your Canadian Permanent Residency.

This is the fifth step in your virtual counseling. What is PR? That makes it a little clear. Skilled professionals from other countries are being offered the opportunity to emigrate voluntarily because Canada's population is not sufficient for socioeconomic development. The first period of PR you receive is 5 years and you have the opportunity to renew or switch to citizenship. PR recipients have the opportunity to get employment even in various government sectors based on their Qualifications and Experience. Those who want to work and live peacefully as a family will benefit greatly from Canada pr.

This is the tenth step of your virtual counseling. In this, we are going to understand what CRS is. CRS ( Comprehensive Ranking System ) is the ranking point provided by your Profile Express Entry pool. Based on this CRS point, Canada selects your profile as a PR invitation with an express entry draw. Since the beginning of Express entry 2016, the CRS score has been between 413 and 475. 12th Stage
This is the twelfth stage of your virtual counseling. Here's what PNP is and it's potential. PNP stands for Province Nomination Program. You know that there are 10 major provinces in Canada ( Province Name eg ...... )
Nomination of candidates who have created profiles in the Express Entry pool through the PNP migration option if any province except Quebec reports that it needs extra skilled workers there
You can nominate your province by giving. Nomination Recipients EOI ( Expression of Interest ) Add 600 CRS points available through PNP along with the existing CRS point if submitted. As a result, PNP - ITA will receive the following federal express entry draw. The main basis for obtaining PNP is NOC ( National Occupational Classification ) code, CRS point, Blood relation, Canada Express class, etc. Some PNPs can issue an EOI Request as soon as the EE profile is created. But all of this is subject to change on a regular basis. Our ICCRC Consultant team is ready to process the PNPs that are right for you. Most people who benefit from getting PNP are the ones who get the nomination with the lowest CRS score. For example, if the current CRS is 450 and above, then some NOCS with CRS 390 & above will get PNP, while those with low CRS will benefit from PNP.

13th Stage
are This is the thirteenth stage of your Virtual counseling. Here we are talking about the English language test IELTS. IELTS ( International English Language Testing System ) general exam is the recognized exam for migraine in Canada. There is a test called CELPIP but in India, the exam center is only in Punjab so most of the students attend IELTS ( g ). dering why a high IELTS ( g ) score is required for Canadian migration, let me illustrate with an example. Ex: You are currently a professional working as a sales manager in a company. You are migrating to the same NOC - job code. If you get a job as an SM there, you are likely to be a failure if you do not have the language skills as a team member to lead a team of 100-150 English Native speakers from many countries, including Canadian, and do your job successfully. Placed as; The score should be IELTS ( g ) CLB9 from the current situation. What your goal should be CLB9? Govt. CLB ( Canadian Language Benchmark ) CLB9 is the IELTS - g W - 7 R - 7 S - 7 L - 8 score used to measure language proficiency in Canada ( CLB - 7 and 8 are also required here . )
